What a taxing week. I don't think I'll ever forget my roommate coming into my room at seven am, gently waking me up, and saying, "Christina, you need to come and watch the TV. Something bad has happened, you need to come and see this." The thoughts that went through my mind... it could have been anything. But when I came to learn of all that really did happen, I realized that this was so much worse.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all of those who are mourning, my heart goes out to all those heroes that are making a rescue effort, and I hope, to see our great country moving forward from this stronger more united.
